Update tracker features:
- Asynchronous processing of files.

- Pulling of version numbers from data files, selecting the most recent number (including the one from the YUP file) as the current version.
- Version log date stamps tied to the latest edit date of relevant game files instead of being the date of unpacking.
Fixes:
- Trying to generate a preset when the previous one came up empty no longer causes a crash.
- Squadron vehicle GE prices are displayed a range.
Minor changes:
- The downward BR range of vehicles selected for a given preset increased to 3.0.

- Vehicle counts by categories added to the statistics tab.
- Vehicle lists can be generated by clicking on any category. Lists can be copied and pasted outside of the app with or without headers (governed by a check box).
- Added a context menu to vehicle cards and vehicle list rows. Both give an option to forward the user to wiki articles of vehicles in question. From vehicle lists it's possible to navigate to a given vehicle's position in the research trees.
- Vehicle stat cards coloured according to the type (regular/squadron/premium).

- A long operation indicator (show while generating presets and vehicle lists) added to the status bar,
