could you make tabs to switch on mouse hover?

This isn't a common behaviour for tabs.

What is your use case to make this a required feature?

I'd like to be able to do this like it's shown in 2nd section example

Add a hover option to the tabs plugin. Closes #35

This adds a new property to the tabs plugin that allows the user to change the visible tab by hovering over the correct element. On mobile, this will revert back to the click handler.
