This plugin regenerates blocks broken by a Creeper explosion in the 10~ seconds following the blast.
Place the JAR in your /plugins folder.
Create a Creepair directory and create a config.yml file with the below contents.
Only blocks listed in natural_blocks will regenerate - be sure to customize the list accordingly.
