FOSSA 那边可能要手动忽略一下 Office 相关组件没有 LICENCE 的报错异常

已上机测试，可以在无 Office 环境下运行，是好东西。
Fossa 我去处理一下

你再看一下这个怎么处理，跟之前一样的情况，vs编译不了

只能把nuget删掉才能正常编译
