Changes

  • Fix encoding of headers to silence warnings.
  • Moves SQLite headers into a location where CMake can detect them.
  • Moves zlib headers into a location where CMake can detect them.
  • Remove stdint.h from distribution
  • Include cacert.pem so it will be installed into WebKit.resources
