Not even papercut, and not important.

It seems there is a use-case for having clickable bars in https://hosted.weblate.org/user/kingu/#activity
If an account is thought to be malicious it is much easier to navigate history this way to see whether that was always the case.
Spam account, or someone lost their password?

Metrics: Add monthly activity chart

It is now rendered inline, built based on metrics data and cached.

This makes it load fast and will allow to add more features in future.
