Wind River Linux BASE24

To get started with Wind River Linux BASE24:

git clone --branch WRLINUX_10_24_LTS https://github.com/WindRiverLinux24/wrlinux-x
./wrlinux-x/setup.sh --all-layers

The Wind River Linux BASE24 release will no longer be updated after Sept 2025
