Timing Constraints - A series of constraints applied to a given set of paths or nets that dictates the desired performance of a design. Constraints may be period, frequency, net skew, maximum delay between endpoints, or maximum net delay.

Timing Constraints (Временные ограничения) - Ограничения накладываемые на набор путей (paths) или цепей (nets) с целью достижения желаемого поведения дизайна. Ограничения включают в себя период (period), частоту(frequency), net skew, максимальную задержку между двумя конечными точками (maximum delay between endpoints) и максимальную задержку цепи (maximum net delay).

Source Clock - The clock domain from which the path originates. Destination Clock - The clock domain within which the path terminates.
