Need to create the mechanism to create and publish a python package, as explain by this Guide.

Hey @ZigRazor hope you have created a pypi account if not please create a new account and please create the variables as below in ur secrets. Once completed please ping me i will rasie a PR

i see the pull request now, but the you nedd to correct the linter.yml , i just want an automatic workflow to execute test for issue #3 , if you correct it, we can close the 2 issue
