[EEG Browser] Clean dependency tree and fix security issues (#8486)

The npm package DifferenceEquationSignal1D had a dependency on a outdated version of npm-check-updates which is a tool that is preferably installed and used globally.
Removing this dependency pruned the eeg browser dependency tree by 75%.
