Describe the bug
In the behavioural quality control module, under the "Behavioural feedback" tab, the entries in the Feedback level should normally direct to the candidate/visit/instrument where a feedback wass left and automatically open the bvl_feedback panel for the feedback to be directly visible to the user. It currently simply redirects to the candidate/visit/instrument but the feedback is not directly visible

This adds the query parameter showFeedback=true to trigger auto-opening the feedback panel on-load.

Fixes #8056.
