This fixes 2 problems with loading the publication module on Raisinbread: 1. When trying to load the page, I get the error: <b>Deprecated</b>: htmlspecialchars_decode(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in <b>/home/driusan/Code/Loris/modules/publication/php/publication.class.inc</b> on line <b>304</b><br /> with PHP 8.2. 2. The Form.js imports were missing.
