What
I have added the Testimonials Section as you wanted. You can easily add 2 or more testimonials containing his/her picture, name, and the following comments. Its made from a carousel-cum-card view.
Why
I built my chapters' UPES ACM & ACM-W CSR Website, therefore I knew what had to be done.
How
I copy-pasted the carousel code from the "Get Involved" Section and integrated it with the card view code from the "The Team" section. Then changed the background color, tweaked some changes in the CSS file, added the testimonials heading in the navbar above & Voila!
Testing
You can easily view the website by cloning and opening in any browser.
