The copy versions are defined to be the same implementation. C++11 and onward falls back to copying where move methods are not defined.
To guarantee that copies are avoided.

76af709 & 83502ce assume minimum supported C++ standard is C++11, similar to Aeron. If there is no such requirement, I will drop or refactor those commits.
