TagUI for Python - Python package built on TagUI live mode

I've created a Python package during my nannying time by integrating with TagUI's CLI live mode. Raising a PR to add to TagUI readme along similar section as other contributing projects such as Arnaud's TagUI Editor and Screenshoter.

Added following section after Arnaud's TagUI Editor in readme and committed PR.

No updating from cutting edge version or future packaged installation needed as it is a separate tool which can be installed using pip install tagui
