We have moved error tracking to Sentry in the App. There is no point on having the self-made "Remote stacktrace" storage.

Related #3169

[#3371] Remove RemoteStacktrace related code

* We keep the Servlet and mapping as backward compatibility, once
we know all apps in the field are using Sentry, we can remove the
code left.
