Context

Why do we add this issue?

Small improvement related to our current Datapoint assignment MVP (#2796) with the goal to make the UI as simple and clean as possible.

Problem or idea

One Flow instance can have hundreds of devices connected to it. When creating assignments Salim has to go through the entire list of devices to select which need to get the form (and eventually data points). To make his life easier and to take away the visual noise, we introduced groups. Salim can organise devices into device groups removing the need to work with long lists.

In the new assignments UI we use the groups but in all parts (adding devices, removing devices, side panel) these device groups are by default open. This means that despite having this nice way to organise the long list of devices, Salim is still exposed to it. So he has to deal with all the visual noise that he just put effort into organising.

Solution or next step

How could we solve it?

The idea is to show the device groups by default closed. Salim can select the entire group to do the necessary action so he does not need to see the individual devices. If he wants to he can open the group.

Checked uat2. The change should also apply in the side panel. Don't you think?
