In some browsers, clicking on the event date field doesn't display the date selector.

Safari Version 11.1.2 (Mac OS version 10.12.6), no datepicker.
Mozilla Firefox 59.0 (Ubuntu 16.04), no arrow on left side but datepicker shows when field clicked.
Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 - Latest (MacOS 10.13.6 | High Sierra), same as above.
Mozilla Firefox 60.0 (Windows 10), same as above.
Microsoft Edge 42 (Windows 10), datepicker sometime working.
Mozilla Firefox 5.2 (Centos 7), no datepicker.
