First release of bpotd

Windows binary

v0.0.1 includes:

• No-install-needed binary
• Signed binary
• Full image/text description of Bing picture
• https://bpotd.herokuapp.com/ie/

Sadly, it does not include:

• Windows 11 compatibility.
• A way to save the file locally
• A way to set the image as the desktop background

Hopefully I will find the time to do these soon!

Linux release

v0.0.1 includes:

• Usable binary
• Full image/text description of Bing picture
• A way to save the file locally
• https://bpotd.herokuapp.com/

Sadly, it does not include:

• A way to set the image as the desktop background
• .deb for easy install in Debian/Ubuntu/Linux Mint
