Loading

tools now deal damage (creates a 5 frame hitbox)
trees briefly flash white when hit
fixed interpolation (limit dynamic reposition logic) for tools
piggo's are on same team as the player
renamed Projectile -> Hitbox

future todo's

flash white on damage for any entity
refactor tools to share more code
