Installation script for akutils on Ubuntu 14.04 systems
Mostly important fixes to R installation.
Holding updates back for R at v3.2.3 due to incompatibility issues with 3.3 and above.
Added indicspecies package.
Improved the way R packages are installed.

Everything seems functional at this point. The interactive start has been improved, and the frequency of R updates (so slow!) has been reduced. Stacks can also be installed so you can view your analysis on a local system.

Installer works for the most part. Might need to be rerun a couple of times to get everything in place, but serves its purpose.
