The vega CLI prints unhelpful warnings to stderr whenever there are interactive components in a saved chart (see #51). This PR suppresses these particular warnings by default, as they are essentially never helpful.
Companion PR (#52) provides a means of passing flags to the CLI for more fine-grained control over error & logging behavior.
