This PR is the solution to the 'JS Basics' #1

I have learned about JavaScript basics, including:
- Using variables
- Conditions
- Loops
- Arrays
- JavaScript functions
I faced difficulties in implementing functions but overcame them by referring to resources and documentation.
I didn’t have much new to learn as I am already familiar with the programming language.
