A local plugin for Moodle 2.5.5+. It will add three new Web Services functions that work with the module "Feedback" (version 2013050100).

- local_fbplugin_complete_feedback
Two of the functions consult the Moodle data base to recopilate all the information about the visible feedbacks related to a specific user and the last function permit to complete a feedback writting the solutions in the database.
