When the new CreateSBOM function landed, it strongly separated the concerns of
mainfrom that of lib consumers. This restores some functionality, where today library consumers get no tooling information in SBOMs created. This PR changes this to at least hard code tosyftand extract the version from the buildinfo section. This is a best-effort value, if the version cannot be extracted then it will remain blank.
