Fix the the ng add console freeze. #3145 #3121, firebase-tools#4118
My first thought is that inquirer-autocomplete is broken... but while experimenting, I found that places in the code that had an autocomplete and were waiting on a pending firebase-tools call were locking up but those that prompted with an already resolved firebase-tools call were not... my suspicion is either something is up with the pinned version of inquirer, inquirer is conflicting with ora (
preparing list of ***...), or how firebase-tools is loading inquirer when it's called (something, something, race condition).Either way, this is a high priority issue and this seems to fix it.
