Proto.css is a lightweight css boilerplate for prototyping web projects, it's very lightweight at less than 200 lines of code.
Although you won't have all the utility of a larger frameworks from it, as it only styles a handful of standard HTML elements and also includes grid, and containers.
It's very easy to get started, no compiling or installing needed.
