- Replaces deprecated AWS packages with their corresponding @smithy packages. I believe all these packages were already just pointers to the @smithy packages anyways.
- This shouldn't have any user-facing changes since the signature of the method isn't changing.
- Fixes Please migrate @aws-sdk/signature-v4 and @aws-sdk/protocol-http in the Bedrock SDK #441
