[AIRFLOW-6449] Remove Github actions until a known bug is fixed #7035

Remove 2 Github action we added: labeller & first-interaction once the following bugs are resolved:

actions/labeler#12
actions/first-interaction#10
There is a workaround - https://github.com/paulfantom/periodic-labeler but I don't want to use it until it is resolved in the main repo

  • Description above provides context of the change
  • Commit message starts with [AIRFLOW-NNNN], where AIRFLOW-NNNN = JIRA ID*
  • Unit tests coverage for changes (not needed for documentation changes)
  • Commits follow "How to write a good git commit message"
  • Relevant documentation is updated including usage instructions.
  • I will engage committers as explained in Contribution Workflow Example.

(*) For document-only changes, no JIRA issue is needed. Commit message starts [AIRFLOW-XXXX].


In case of fundamental code change, Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
In case of a new dependency, check compliance with the ASF 3rd Party License Policy.
In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in UPDATING.md.

I have merged this without approval as otherwide it will show a failed flag on PRs because of the BUG mentioned in the description.
