I can see below error in travis. I dont think it is related to this and only osx version is failing

Can you restart the travis if possible ?

LGTM.

Let's move on.

1. add headers to client (can be implemented in the header_filter phase)
2. implement a simple auth. i.e. check if the specified header is exist and the value is the specified value ( can be implemented in the access phase)
