Split `csv_sql` into two:

- `csv_sql`: simple SQL-based example of reading a CSV file
- `csv_compressed` (new): example of reading a compressed CSV file
Provide example for min, max, count. This is useful for users to update
their code following the conversion from builtin to UDAFs.

Thanks for this PR @findepi -- However, I worry it is just making the situation of #11172 worse (even more small examples that are hard to find) as well as #11210

Would you be willing to help move some of these examples into the user guide instead of adding them to new standalone examples?
