What’s the limit of members for a set in kvrocks?

In Redis, there is a limit for the number elements in a set (around 4 billions). Is there the same limit in kvrocks or is this unlimited?

Yes, we used the 32bits to store the size, so the limit number of elements is also around 4 billion.
