Rationale for this change
Since
opendal::types::operator::blocking_operator::BlockingOperator::is_existis deprecated and renamed toexists, we should also rename it in c++ binding.What changes are included in this PR?

Operator::existsand markOperator::is_existdeprecated.Are there any user-facing changes?
Users who still use
is_existwill receive deprecated warnings issued by compilers.
