How to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to 'Slack Demo Dashboard'
  2. Click on 'Edit chart' for 'Weekly Threads'
  3. Click on 'Time Range' button
  4. See error (Unexpected error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'locale'))

Expected results

I can change the time range

Actual results

'Unexpected error'
