1. import es module from "@superset-ui/core" instead of CommonJS module
2. bump to superset-ui 0.18.15

• chore: Adaptation of storybook 6.x params apache-superset/superset-ui#1414
• refactor: replace yarn with npm apache-superset/superset-ui#1405
• chore: export module used in main repo apache-superset/superset-ui#1425
• fix: don't remove package-lock.json apache-superset/superset-ui#1426
