Related to UI/Ux of playground stories.

• RangeSlider and DynamicRangeSlider story: Use a different dataset or different field where histogram has an interesting distribution of values.
• ReactiveList uses a really bland UI.
• With customIcon story: Use a car icon here.
• autosuggest should have no camel cases
• MultiDropdownRange: Filter shows on the right side panel: It should show above the filter component
• DataPicker is missing a story for selecting an initial month.
• Set maxWidth / outer container to make the story components look good.
• RangeSlider show native tooltip on slider handles (add in library)

• Tagcloud story without showCount should be changed to with showCount.
• Tagcloud should have one story with a customSort where we show the most important cities instead of the ascending order. This should also be reflected in the playground.

Unable to figure out a way to show tooltips in the rheostat component, which we're using in RangeSlider. Created an issue airbnb/rheostat#134
