move BaseSocketChannel to its own file #212

@normanmaurer / @Lukasa as discussed, no changes except for replacing fileprivate.

Motivation:

{,Server,Datagram,Base}SocketChannel hold quite a bit of complexity and
also a many of lines of code. Yet they all shared the very same file
which isn't great.

Modifications:

  • moved BaseSocketChannel into its own file
  • made the methods that need overriding internal (from fileprivate)

Result:

SocketChannel.swift has a lot fewer lines of code.

Motivation

Nightly CI builds require annotations on retroactive conformances.
We have a few used only in tests, which are totally safe.

Modifications

Add retroactive conformance marker.

Result

Nightly CI works again
