There was an issue with one of the USB ports not working. I had committed a fix for this, which I now learn to be excessive, even though it works.
This commit reverts the earlier fix, and simplifies the fix by updating only the offending code
dr_mode = "otg";. This will help with future maintenance of this dts, when comparing (diff) this to the source dts and the v1.1 dts.Tested build, all 4 USB ports work.
