As a user of the Archivematica system I would like to understand the impact of working with different character encoding e.g. transferred from an agency, on the output of the various microservices and ultimately the METS/PREMIS produced by the system. An automated test could help to ensure that this behaviour is consistent across multiple versions of Archivematica.
