Olá,
Fiz o teste em react js, então será preciso ter o node instalado, usei scss para estilização com isso será necessário instalar sua dependência para react 'npm install node-sass '.
Fiz também o carrossel com as dependências do próprio react será necessário install 'npm install react-slick --save'. Nas bandeiras está funcionando a tradução mas apenas da parte "minha conta".
