The 1.21.3 version works on 1.21.4

Are there any errors when using the current version on 1.21.4? I'm not aware of any breaking changes that would require an update - if there are any, please provide appropriate logs.

There were errors when I was first setting up my server, but I wonder if my settings were incorrect. Upon re-installing the mod and restarting the server I see Disconnect Packet Fix has started where I used to get an error saying I had mods from previous versions of Minecraft. Must have been other mods!

It'll usually tell you what mods are outdated

I've seen no errors in my server console as of two days ago when I installed the mod
