I've copied the inferred roles except for the few cases
phantomwas inferred for the type-level rank or shape arguments, which should obviously have anominalrole so that plugins and other users of the library don't feel free to coerce them away. Inspired by https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/issues/23923#note_537705
