Changes

Please describe both what is changing and why this is important. Include:

  • Add support for retrieving errors from import jobs
  • Add support for parsing error message from the json body of JobsManager.importUsers when present and the existing error.text is empty.

Testing

Please describe how this can be tested by reviewers. Be specific about anything not tested and reasons why. If this library has unit and/or integration testing, tests should be added for new functionality and existing tests should complete without errors.

Sorry for the PR spam - I messed up something when forking and couldn't update my old PR so I deleted it and replaced it with this one.
