Prepare for release 1.0.1

This PR fixes some linting issues and adds a test for the contribution in #149.

Also, it updates the justfile to not rely on a global installation of the biome executable

• Add test for fix an infinite loop which happens when autometrics is initialized in a node service without a git repository #149
