Seems like adding extra entropy when available would be a strict security improvement

per https://www.npmjs.com/package/@noble/secp256k1

extraEntropy: true improves security by adding entropy, follows section 3.6 of RFC6979

The trade-off would be non deterministic signatures. Is this required by anything?
