QG Question Persists on Summary Page After Changing Non-QG Options

If a user fills out a form with a QG for a selected option, navigates to the summary page, then returns and changes the selection to an option without a QG proceed to summary page, then also QG question is still displayed

Env : prod
org : CSJ

Steps to reproduce :

1.Fill the form with the option which as Question group
2.Proceed to the summary page
3.Come back and again the option which doesnt have the question group
4.Proceed to the summary page

Expected Result :

The summary page should remove the question related to the question group and should display the filled detail alone in the summary page

Actual Result :

• The summary page still display the question group.
• After saving the registration details also displays the question group.

Lets test question group and repeatable question group throughly in the mobile app to make sure the change doesn't break anything else.
