New concept type to capture location information in image

AC:

• Introduce new concept data type 'ImageV2'
• Similar to 'Switch on Verification' add 'Capture Location Information' and a toggle beside which should set the value of key 'captureLocationInformation'

• Should be possible to create from concepts page and forms page

Analysis notes:

• These keys are not readable and actually we can hide them - outside of scope for this story
• We will later deprecate the older Image concept.

Discussion notes:

Having configuration in existing image concept was decided not an option to avoid more validations in the UI

It is a new concept data type - not a new concept.
Call it ImageV2 for brevity and to avoid confusion later on.
