The old llvm_asm! has been removed. Therefore, it doesn't compile on new rustc anymore.

The old llvm_asm! has been removed. Therefore, it doesn't compile

In addition to this, an updated avr-delay dependency is needed to compile successfully: avr-rust/delay#18
