Hi All, I'm very new to HyperHDR but had it working but for some reason it has now stopped. I have a somewhat unique setup in that I am running HyperHDR 19.0.0.0 on a Ubuntu virtual machine on ProxMox. The capture card is an OKK https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B089YNG1RH which passed through from the ProxMox hypervisor to the VM. After initial setup this worked fine and I could see the capture card in HyperHDR and had it hooked up to my LEDs using an ESP32 and WLED. But after a couple of weeks it has stopped working and but now the capture card does not show up in HyperHDR. I've taken the capture card out of the system and connected it to my windows laptop and it works fine so I don't think there is an issue with the capture card. When looking at the HyperHDR logs i see the following: 2023-04-24T19:39:19.998Z [V4L2:AUTO] Throws error nr: Cannot open '/dev/video1' error code 13, Permission denied and 2023-04-24T19:39:20.087Z [PIPEWIRE_SYSTEM:AUTO] Could not load Pipewire proxy library. Error: libpipewire-0.3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Graham |

User used by HyperHDR service doesn't have a permission to acccess this device (generally it's your OS configuration problem, usually it's solved by adding a user to the video user group) or simply the device is not functioning properly (you must search the answer in the OS or in hypervisor logs). Pipewire logs are irrelevant to your problem |
