In the ECS construct for task definition we have FireLens support. One of the options for configuring FireLens is via a config file stored in an S3 bucket. (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cdk/api/latest/docs/@aws-cdk_aws-ecs.FirelensOptions.html)

We should extend this API interface to support just pointing at a local file on the developers host machine. AWS CDK should then use an S3 deploy under the hood to automatically upload this config file as an asset, and then resolve the reference to the S3 location.

The shape of the API may be slightly tricky to fit in but it should behave somewhat similarly to ecs.ContainerImage.fromAsset(), something like ecs.FluentBitConfig.fromAsset('configs/my-custom-config.conf') which automatically uploads the conf machine on my local dir to S3
